Antonio Conte’s first starting line-up of the 2017/18 season features notable changes

Chelsea kick off their title defence this afternoon at 3pm, hosting Burnley at Stamford Bridge and the teams have been confirmed for the clash.
With Diego Costa exiled, Michy Batshuayi and club-record signing Alvaro Morata are competing for a place up top – and it’s the former who has been given the nod against the Clarets.
Antonio Rudiger, meanwhile, makes his Premier League debut for the Blues, with Cesar Azpilicueta moving to right wing-back as Victor Moses is suspended, while the young winger Jeremy Boga is a surprise name on the starting line-up.
The Clarets, conversely, field a familiar XI of players hoping to upset the reigning English champions. They will of course have to do so without striker Andre Gray, however, who made his first appearance for new club Watford earlier this afternoon.
Burnley XI: Heaton, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Ward, Gudmundsson, Cork, Hendrick, Defour, Brady, Vokes
