Mauricio Pochettino’s men will now turn their attention to facing Barca at the Nou Camp in a crucial Champions League clash

Tottenham Hotspur produced a clinical performance to defeat Leicester City 2-0 at the King Power Stadium on Saturday night.

With Harry Kane on the bench for the visitors, it was Heung-Min Son and Dele Alli who scored to keep Mauricio Pochettino’s men on track to get into the Champions League.

Spurs took a 1-0 lead into half-time after Son Heung-min struck in stoppage time with a brilliant curling effort from outside the area.

Son turned provider in the 58th minute as Spurs doubled their lead.

His cross picked out Alli at the back post and the England international headed in his third league goal of the campaign.

Tottenham’s 2-0 victory moved them back up to third in the Premier League, six points off leaders Liverpool.
