The England duo will both start the Premier League game from the sidelines
Harry Kane and Harry Maguire will both start on the bench when Leicester City host Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday night.
The England captain is being rested ahead of Spurs’ huge Champions League showdown with Barcelona in midweek.
Meanwhile Maguire has failed to recover from an injury and is only fit enough for the bench for Claude Puel’s side.
On a more positive note for Spurs, Jan Vertonghen returns from suspension and Toby Alderweireld will partner him at the back.
Jamie Vardy is still missing with a groin problem and Jonny Evans will start in place of Maguire.
Mousa Dembele (ankle), Erik Lamela (thigh), Victor Wanyama (knee) and Davinson Sanchez (hamstring) are all long-term injury concenrs for the visitors.
