Manchester City will snap up Barcelona teen prodigy Adrian Bernabe Garcia in June, according to reports in Spain.
The 16-year-old is considered one of the hottest prospects in Barca’s famed La Masia youth set-up but his contract expires in the summer.
City have been linked with a move for the wonderkid for the past few months, although Barca were always said to be confident of persuading the midfielder to stay.
But, according to Diario Sport, Bernabe has agreed terms on a deal with City and he will head to England at the end of the campaign.
It has been suggested that the chance to work under former Barca player and boss Pep Guardiola could have helped his decision, although a step up straight into the manager’s senior set-up is unlikely.
