Chris Smalling netted a late header to win it for the Three Lions
England may have made it three wins in a row but fans are far from convinced ahead of Euro 2016.

Chris Smalling’s 86th-minute header snatched victory at Wembley, 50 minutes after Portugal’s Bruno Alves was sent off for a red card challenge on Harry Kane – WATCH IT HERE
Portugal fielded a side without Cristiano Ronaldo and a number of other key players, while Hodgson made ten changes from the Australia victory, with many thinking it could be close to his starting side on June 11.
The 4-1-2-1-2 formation was unconvincing in parts, as the Premier League’s two highest scorers in Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy played far apart up top.
