Roy Hodgson watches on as England draw with Russia
England threw away three points in their opening game of Euro 2016, conceding a late, late goal against Russia to only draw 1-1.
Eric Dier curled a free-kick home to take the lead in the second half, and it appeared as if the Three Lions were edging towards claiming all three points.
However, Vasili Berezutski popped up in injury time to loop a header over Joe Hart, sharing the spoils between the two teams.
Having dominated much of the game, there is a belief that England should have won – and done so in a convincing manner.
After taking the lead, they should have pressed for the advantage as Russia left space at the back, and fans were calling for the likes of Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge to be introduced from the bench.
