Everton and Tottenham have been told that AC Milan playmaker Keisuke Honda will not be for sale in January.
The Japan schemer has attracted interest from the two Premier League clubs after struggling for first-team action at the San Siro this term.
But according to Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan have informed all parties that the 29-year-old will not be available in the New Year.
Honda, who joined Milan from CSKA Moscow in 2013, is thought to be growing frustrated by his lack of game time recently, sparking speculation about his future.
That has led to interest from Everton and Spurs, who are both keen to add to their attacking ranks as they chase a European spot.
