The Blues won 2-1 away to Norwich on Tuesday night
Guus Hiddink will reset Chelsea’s ‘soft’ targets for the remainder of the season after the Blues beat Norwich 2-1 to move within five points of fifth-placed Manchester United.
Despite Nathan Redmond’s goal for the Canaries, Chelsea held on to move up to eight position and Hiddink believes the Blues can finish even further up the table.
“When we started in December and we were one point off the relegation zone and then we made a soft target for Chelsea’s standards to get as soon as possible out of that relegation zone,” said the Dutchman.
“We did it with success, with draws in the beginning and later victories.
“You say we can relax now but we won’t do that, we will make a new target of going up and seeing where we can reach in the end.”
