City take on the Spanish side in the Champions League on Wednesday, with Navas expected to start against some of his old team-mates.
The 29-year-old has struggled to make an impact in the Premier League since moving to the Etihad in 2013, sparking rumours he may be looking for a return to his native country.
But when asked if he would consider another stint at Los Robjiblancos, Navas insisted his focus is solely on City.
“It’s special, the affection is mutual and everybody knows this is a special match for me,” he said.
“But I’m only thinking about City. I’m thinking about the present at the moment. Wednesday’s game is a very special one for me.”
