Kevin Volland in action for Hoffenheim
Liverpool are considering a swoop for Hoffenheim forward Kevin Volland, claim reports in Germany.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is planning a raid on the Bundesliga this summer, with Volland joining the likes of Ilkay Gundogan and Filip Kostic on the growing list of players to be linked with a move to Anfield.
Klopp is understood to be a big fan of Volland having watched him at close quarters during his time in charge of Borussia Dortmund.
And now, according to Bild, Liverpool are set to meet the 23-year-old’s £14m release clause in the summer.
Volland has scored seven goals in 28 appearances for Hoffenheim this season and has five caps for Germany and is chasing a place in Joachim Low’s Euro 2016 squad this summer.
