The 32-year-old veteran of 66
Tests suffered a hamstring injury during training and has been replaced in the
front row by Juan Figallo, with Santiago Garcia Botta taking Figallo’s place on
the bench.

It is understood the injury
will keep Ayerza, who plays club rugby for English giants Leicester, out of
action for a couple of weeks.

Ayerza joined Leicester in
2006 and has since has made 214 appearances for the Midlands club.

A popular figure with the
Tigers faithful, Ayerza was granted a testimonial by Leicester during the
2014/15 season.
